In the belt transportation engineering design, the frequency conversion control is used as the belt driving control mode, because the belt system is all downward design, in the process of transporting the ore, is affected by its gravity and inertia, the running speed of the tape will exceed the set running speed of the inverter, making the inverter in the state of electrical braking. In the process of electric braking, almost all energy converted from potential energy is fed back to the braking unit and the braking resistance, causing the braking element to heat up. This will not only affect the reliable operation of the belt conveyor, but also consume a large amount of electricity. In order to solve the problems mentioned above and improve the deficiency of frequency conversion control in the transportation of belt, an optimized scheme using 6SE70 rectifier / feedback unit and Inverter to replace the inverter control is proposed. The rectifier / feedback unit and the vector inverter can effectively feed the potential energy back to the power grid directly through the bus and feedback device, thus, the equipment operation stability is improved, the maintenance cost is reduced and the energy is saved. From the direct start optimization to vector control function of the inverter and variable frequency speed motor drive mode. Frequency converter power is 55kW; motor power is 37kW. INVERTER CONFIGURATION: input, output reactor, brake unit, brake resistance. Because the high-voltage motor is difficult to maintain, and the tape slope angle is large, the reliability of mechanical braking is poor, while the low-voltage asynchronous motor is simple, firm and cheap, and runs reliably and does not need maintenance, it is widely used in frequency conversion drive system.
