Research on linear correction principle and program flow of power-regulating balancer. The linear correction is accomplished by the software of MCU, which makes use of the principle of closed-loop adjustment in automatic control theory. The purpose of this paper is to generate a correction control signal in a function form which is easy to express, instead of closed-loop control, and without affecting the dynamic characteristics of the rectifier system. Closed-loop error adjustment is used to correct. After using two 350kW1000Hz intermediate frequency power supply, the conclusions are as follows: (1) when the power-regulating balancer is connected but not powered on, the two intermediate frequency power supply are started up respectively, and the power-regulating is normal. (2) when the power supply of the power-regulating balancer is turned on and the K1 is disconnected, the status of the power-regulating balancer indicates the LED flash. Start two intermediate frequency power sources separately, each with normal power regulation. (3) when the power supply is turned on and the K1 is closed, switch the K1 under the test conditions, the balance state indicates the LED Flash, indicating that the balance regulator has been involved in the control. The minimum output is 106V and 108V, the two-terminal error is 1.5% (low end) ; the output is 476V and 513V, the two-way error is 7.4% (high end) ; the minimum output power is 10% rated power, the output power is 94% rated power.
