TDK车载等级积层陶瓷贴片电容器,分为两种。一种是采用CaZrO3(锆钙氧化物)等作为电介质的低介电常数系列(种类1:CLASSⅠ),另一种为采用钛酸钡(BaTiO3)等作为电介质的高介电常数系列(种类2:CLASSⅡ)。TDK车载等级积层陶瓷贴片电容器如果需要获得大量电容量,则高介电常数系列相对有利。但是,高介电常数系列,有其缺点,即,电容量变化率受温度变化的影响大。而低介电常数系列,电容量变化率值随温度的变化波动小,其多用于滤波器回路、振动回路等需要高安稳性的部位。因而,低介电常数系列也被称为“温度补偿用”系列。公司现货:大容量贴片电容
车载电子机器设备与一般电子机器设备最大区别在于,前者从严寒到酷暑应用温度范围非常广泛。另一方面,伴随着汽车不断向电子化发展,搭载于汽车的ECU(电子制御系统)数量高达数十种,甚至上百种。而且,多数配线(Wire Harness)遍布车内。因为配线的重量高达10公斤,最近几年,车身的重量不断向轻量化发展,厂商开始把ECU安置在发动机室内。但是,汽车行使过程中,发动机室内的温度高达125℃,发动机表面的温度甚至上升到150℃。因而,作为车载用电子零件,不仅要求其具有耐高温性,而且,无论在严寒,还是酷暑这样广泛的温度范围内,具有最大的安定特性。为应对市场需求,X7R特性以及X8R特性的积层陶瓷贴片电容器(高介电常数系列)应运而生。
所谓X7R特性, 即, 适用温度范围为-55℃~+125℃,容量变化率为±15℃以内;X8R特性,即,适用温度范围为-55℃~+150℃,容量变化率为±15℃以内,满足EIA(电子工业协会)规格。正如前述,高介电常数系列温度特性相对较差,适用的温度范围较窄。TDK车载等级积层陶瓷贴片电容器X8R特性产品是推动汽车电子化发展不可或缺的产品。TDK通过改善材料组成以及工程条件,以求电介质陶瓷粒子构造的最合理化以及粒径的均一化,即可应对125℃高温环境的X7R特性产品之后,又打造出可以在150℃高温环境在工作的X8R特性积层陶瓷贴片电容器。伴随着应对最先端市场需求而应运而生X8R特性产品的创出,以往因受温度环境影响而造成的搭载部位的限制随之消失。该特性产品在发动机制御系统、电感模块、HID、ABS等等各种车载机器设备领域里,大显身手,充分发挥着其良好的功能。今后,TDK将进一步提高产品车载等级积层陶瓷贴片电容器的温度特性,不断扩大其电容量,努力生产出更加应用于各种环境的优质产品。
