5、耐过放电性好:25摄氏度,完全充电状态的电池进行定电阻放电3星期(电阻值相当于该电池1CA放电要求的电阻),恢复容量在75%以上。
6、耐过充电性好:25摄氏度,完全充电状态的电池0.1CA充电48小时,无漏液,无电池膨胀及破裂,开路电压正常,容量维持率在95%以上。
7、耐大电流性好:完全充电状态的电池2CA放电5分钟或10CA放电5秒钟。无导电部分熔断,无外观变形。

 

公司提供的技术支持服务：本公司提供的技术服务包括电话支持及现场支持两种，用于协助用户设备故障及时得到解决，保证设备可靠、稳定的运行。
1、电话支持服务
A、用户在维护过程中，出现由于设备引起的技术故障，而导致无法正常工作，可通过电话向本公司提出服务要求。
B、维护工程师组成电话支持小组，以最快的时间响应用户的服务要求，回答用户提出的问题，协助与指导用户制定解决的方案。
2、现场支持服务
A、在电话支持无法妥善解决问题的情况下，我方将在48小时内派技术人员到达现场协助用户排除故障。
B、对于在保修期内的产品，在保修期内，我方将无偿更换由于原材料、设计及制造工艺等技术问题和质量问题而发生故障的产品，并在买方无法处理的主要问题上，免费提供更换服务，及时解决产品存在的各种问题和产品的修理问题。
C、对于保修期满的产品，我方仍按买方的要求提供对任何出现故障的设备进行维修服务，修理不好的产品及时以最优惠的价格更换。资料服务：
1、随产品提供产品使用说明书及安装说明书。

4、提供培训用户所需的培训教材及相关资料。松树蓄电池维护和保养:在使用UPS供电系统的过程中，人们往往片面地认为蓄电池是免维护的而不加重视。然而有资料表明，因蓄电池故障而引起UPS主机故障或工作不正常的比例大约为1/3。由此可见，加强对UPS电池的正确使用与维护，对延长蓄电池的使用寿命，降低UPS电源系统故障率，有着越来越重要的意义。除了选配正规品牌蓄电池以外，应从以下几个方面入手正确地使用与维护蓄电池：
1. 保持适当的环境温度。影响蓄电池寿命的重要因素是环境温度，一般电池生产厂家要求的最佳环境温度是在20℃～25℃之间。虽然温度的升高对电池放电能力有所提高，但付出的代价却是电池的寿命大大缩短。据试验测定，环境温度一旦超过25℃，每升高10℃，电池的寿命就要缩短一半。目前UPS所用的蓄电池一般都是阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池，设计寿命普遍是5年，这在电池生产厂家要求的环境下才能达到。达不到规定的环境要求，其寿命的长短就有很大的差异。另外，环境温度的提高，会导致电池内部化学活性增强，从而产生大量的热能，又会反过来促使周围环境温度升高，这种恶性循环，会加速缩短电池的寿命。
2. 定期充电放电。UPS电源系统中的浮充电压和放电电压，在出厂时均已调试到额定值，而放电的大小是随着负载的增大而增加的，使用中应合理调节负载，比如控制计算机等电子设备的使用台数。一般情况下，负载不宜超过UPS额定负载的60％。在这个范围内，蓄电池就不会出现过度放电。
UPS因长期与市电相连，在供电质量高、很少发生停电的使用环境中，蓄电池会长期处于浮充电状态，时间长了就会造成电池化学能与电能相互转化的活性降低，加速老化而缩短使用寿命。因此，一般每隔2～3个月应完全放电一次，放电时间可根据蓄电池的容量和负载大小确定。一次全负荷放电完毕后，按规定再充电8小时以上。
